PURPOSE: A parking crossbar with an advertising function is provided to give advertise information to a client by adding the advertising function to the parking crossbar. CONSTITUTION: A display device is formed at a middle portion of a crossbar. The crossbar includes an advertising portion(10) for performing an advertising function, a data portion(12) for indicating date, a time portion(14) for indicating the current time, a weekday portion(15) for indicating a day of week, a temperature portion(11), and a voice output portion for outputting voice in order to provide the information including the advertisement, the data, the time, the day of the week, and the temperature, and the voice. The display device receives data from the outside. The temperature portion is installed in the inside of the crossbar. A temperature sensor of the temperature portion is installed at the outside of the crossbar. The advertising portion, the data portion, the time portion, the weekday portion, and the voice portion are installed in the inside of the crossbar.
