PURPOSE: Provided are fried honey cake which is made of rice and the producing method thereof. The produced fried honey cake maintains soft feeling even after being cooled and thus gives the taste and flavor peculiar to rice. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of fried honey cake made of rice cake is characterized by comprising the steps of: kneading rice flour without using flour, gluten or glutinous rice and forming the dough; and deep-frying the dough at 140-150 deg.C for 10-15 minutes.
