PURPOSE: A method for forming a circuit pattern is provided to simplify manufacturing procedures by eliminating imaging and drilling processes, while allowing for improved reliability of formation of a fine circuit. CONSTITUTION: A circuit forming method comprises the first step of forming a circuit wiring(22) by etching an insulating material(21) into a predetermined depth through the use of laser, the second step of filling the circuit wiring with a conductive material(24), and the third step of firing the conductive material. The first step further includes a sub step of stacking an insulating material onto a circuit board(11) where a circuit wiring(12) is formed in advance.
