PURPOSE: An air conditioner of a vehicle is provided to supply pleasant air by removing the temperature difference of the upper and lower sides, and right and left sides of a vehicle room by mixing cold air passing through an evaporator inside a cylindrical mode door with warm air passing through a heater core, to considerably reduce components by taking the place of a duct opening and shutting door with only one cylindrical mode door, and to reduce an installing space by reducing the interval of the evaporator and the heater core. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner(100) of a vehicle comprises a cut-off screen(110) installed between an evaporator(13) and a heater core(14) inside a heater unit to control the amount of air flowed into the heater core, a slidably moving device(120) slidably moving the cut-off screen, and a cylindrical mode door(130), which is installed to a side of the heater to rotate, selectively opening and shutting each duct(D1,D2,D3) communicated with the inner room of the vehicle.
