PURPOSE: A lip make-up composition containing a proper amount of ester-based liquid oil, hydrocarbon-based liquid oil, a mixture thereof, dextrin fatty acid ester, dimethyl polysiloxane, polybutene and a high moisturizing complex is provided. Therefore, the composition is excellent in color, gloss and a skin feel and has good moisturization effect. CONSTITUTION: A gel type make-up composition comprises: 0.001 to 50% by weight of a high moisturizing complex including 0.001 to 70 parts by weight of natural honey, 0.1 to 60 parts by weight of galactosylceramide and 0.1 to 60 parts by weight of a humectant; 1 to 20% by weight of dextrin fatty acid ester; 20 to 90% by weight of any one oil selected from ester-based liquid oil, hydrocarbon-based liquid oil, a mixture thereof; 0.1 to 20% by weight of dimethyl polysiloxane; and 1 to 50% by weight of polybutene. The high moisturizing complex additionally includes 0.1 to 50 parts by weight of liquid oil. The dextrin fatty acid ester is any one selected from the group consisting of dextrin palmitate, dextrin stearate, dextrin behenate and a mixture thereof.
