The device has offset screw drivers (10) between base plate (1) and head plate (2), with angled ends (9) carrying socket wrench bits (11) projecting through holes (8) in the base plate. The base plate has a holder for the wheel. Each offset screw driver is fastened to a guide slide (13), which is radially adjustable relative to the wheel axis. The holes in the base plate are of a size to permit radial movement of the screw drivers. Guide slides are positioned on base and head plates.
