PURPOSE: An apparatus for purifying and disposing sewage and wastewater is provided which is environment friendly and reduces required maintenance and management costs by utilizing fiber filter, hard charcoal and oyster shells. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for purifying and disposing sewage and wastewater is characterized in that the inside of the apparatus is divided by a plural partitions into compartments including storage and chemical treatment chamber(3), decomposition chamber, sterilization chamber(5-1), filter chamber(6), second decomposition chamber(4-2), sterilization chamber(5-2), air supply units(7-1,7-2), discharge pump(8) and outlet(10) that are sequentially installed next to an inlet(9) into which sewage and wastewater are flown, water passing holes (XY) are perforated on the partitions in a zigzag shape to extend a path of sewage and wastewater by passing the sewage and wastewater through the whole apparatus including decomposition chambers, sterilization chamber(5-1) and filter chamber(6) when sewage and wastewater flow in a direction for proceeding decomposition, filtering and sterilization of the sewage and wastewater, the storage and chemical treatment chamber(3) is for settling foreign materials having high specific gravity before the sewage and wastewater flown in through the inlet(9) enter into the decomposition chamber, phosphorus, nitrogen and ammonia are primarily decomposed in the decomposition chamber, fine suspended solids and microorganisms are filtered and sterilized in the sterilization chamber(5-1), microorganisms not filtered in the sterilization chamber(5-1) are adsorbed in the filter chamber(6), and the air supply units(7-1,7-2) blow air into the sewage and wastewater so that phosphorus, nitrogen and ammonia not treated in the decomposition chamber pass through second decomposition process in the second decomposition chamber(4-2) before the sewage and wastewater are flown into the sterilization chamber(5-2).
