A method for producing pouch shaped parts by a stamp, comprises: (1) pressing a film on a portion of a die where a cavity is formed; and (2) deforming the die so as to conform the film to the lower region of the cavity. Independent claims are also included for: (1) A device for producing pouch shaped objects, comprising: (a) a die having a cavity for producing a pouch shaped part; and (b) a stamp with a deformable material. (2) Pouch shaped objects having an edge and a convexity.
