PURPOSE: A preparation method of fiberboard using the waste synthetic fibers is provided which does not need a separate binder such as phenol resin, has the simple manufacturing process and the excellent productivity, and produces goods having the uniform quality. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of fiberboard using the waste synthetic fibers includes a first fibers cutting step wherein the first fibers to be melted at the first temperature range are cut in the range of a first length, a second fiber cutting step wherein the second fibers to be melted at the second temperature range are cut in the range of a second length, the second temperature range is higher than the first temperature range, the second length is longer than the first length, a cotton beating step wherein the cut first and second fibers are mixed and beaten to make a cotton wool form, a heating step wherein the first and second fibers of the cotton wool form are heated at the first temperature range to melt the first fibers and infiltrate the melted first fibers into the second fibers, a pressing step to press the first and second fibers and a cooling step to cool the first and second fibers. |
