PURPOSE: Provided is a screening composition which characteristically comprises a 1,3,5-triazine derivative, a dibenzoylmethane derivative and an amino-substituted 2-hydroxybenzophenone derivative. CONSTITUTION: A topically applicable cosmetic or dermatological sunscreen composition is well suited for the stable UV-photoprotection of human skin and/or hair. It is free from any p-methylbenzylidenecamphor, but contains (a) an effective photoprotecting amount of at least one UV-sunscreening dibenzoylmethane compound, (b) an effective photoprotecting amount of at least one UV-screening 1,3,5-triazine compound normally photosensitive in the presence of a dibenzoylmethane substituted 2-hydroxybenzophenone compound having the following structure formula(8).
