PURPOSE: A strip tension adjusting apparatus for annealing facility is provided to automatically adjust tension of strip by sensing the state of the strip injected into annealing furnace. CONSTITUTION: The strip tension adjusting apparatus for annealing facility comprises an annealing part comprising annealing furnace(1), support roll(5) for supporting strip(4) transferred into the annealing furnace, and bridle roll(3) for giving tension to the strip; a strip sensing part(20) comprising a floodlight comprising a plurality of light sources along a width direction of the strip, and a light receiver comprising a plurality of sensors corresponding to the light sources, wherein the floodlight and light receiver are arranged in upper and lower parts of the strip between the support roll and bridle roll(3) to sense the state of the strip; and a tension sensing part(40) comprising a contact roll(46) rotated by being touched with the strip at the lower part of the strip, a roll frame(43) for contacting the contact roll with the strip by ascending the contact roll using a weight(44) installed at the other end of the contact roll as supporting both ends of the contact roll through a bearing(45), and a load cell installed at the lower part of the bearing to sense tension of the strip(4) and whether the strip is fractured or not, wherein the strip sensing part comprises a position adjusting part comprising fixed plate, handle, guide rail and a plurality of fixing bolts, and the tension sensing part comprises first and second adjusting bolts comprising cushion rubber and screw thread.
