PURPOSE: An electronic settling method using a mobile terminal is provided to ensure a stable and safe electronic settlement when a user purchases goods by a credit card from an Internet shopping mall. CONSTITUTION: A user purchases goods from an electronic shop and inputs payment information including an inherent number of a radio terminal and a credit card number in a corresponding Web site(S100). The payment information is transferred to a payment server(S200). The user confirms the payment information with a mobile terminal(S300). The user electrically signs by using a private key stored in the radio terminal and generates electronic signature data(S400). The electronic signature data are transferred to the payment server(S500). The payment server verifies the electronic signature and authentication data(S600). A credit card company server approves payment(S700). The credit card company server transfers information on a payment processing termination to a user terminal or to the mobile terminal(S800). |
