摘要 PURPOSE: A method for managing CRM(Customer Relationship Management) data, a CRM server, and a recording medium are provided to enable an Internet user to use an Internet service without inputting CRM data in each time and to supply a proper service for each user using CRM data without constructing a CRM solution. CONSTITUTION: A user connects to a contents supply server on the Internet through a communication network using a user terminal(310). Log data such as an IP address of the contents supply server are accumulated in a data memory of a user terminal(320). A log/CRM managing unit of the user terminal transmits log data to a CRM server through a communication network whenever log data are accumulated(330). If a CRM data creation and updating unit of the CRM server receives log data from the user terminal initially, the CRM data creation and updating unit creates CRM data using the log data. In the case that log data are received again from the user terminal having CRM data previously, the CRM data creation and updating unit updates the CRM data using the log data(340). A CRM data transmission unit transmits CRM data stored in the data memory to the user terminal through a communication network for storing the created CRM data to the user terminal.
