PURPOSE: A system and method for analyzing a mail in real time is provided to prevent an overload and a system down when many users check a received mail simultaneously by transmitting received signals to mail box disks according to users and analyzing the E-mail in real time. CONSTITUTION: A user client(10) prepares E-mail using a mail system, transmits the E-mail, and checks a received E-mail. A mail receiving system(30) receives the E-mail transmitted from a mail transmitting system(40) and supplies an interface for enabling the user client(10) to check a received E-mail. The mail transmitting system(40) transmits E-mail to the mail receiving system(30). The E-mail transmitted from the mail transmitting system(40) is received by an SMTP(Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) server and stored in a mail database. The received E-mail is transmitted to an MDA(Mail Delivery Agent) and transmitted to a mail box disk according to users. The MDA transmits a received E-mail related signal to a load rate adjusting module. The load rate adjusting module senses a state of a parsing server and allocates an analysis operation of E-mail received to a parsing server of the lowest load rate. The parsing server executes an analysis operation allocated by the load rate adjusting module.
