METHOD FOR REDIRECTING SERVICE OF MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method for redirecting a service of a mobile communication system is provided to extensively use a service redirection message related to an NDSS(Network Directed System Section) in a CDMA 1x system. CONSTITUTION: A dual MS(Mobile Station)/AT(Access Terminal) receives a CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) 1x system and selectively sends an origination message to a serving BS-1(Base Station)(100a). The serving BS sends a CM service request message to an MSC-1(Mobile Switching Center)(100b). The MSC-1 transmits a service redirection message to the serving BS to execute an NDSS operation(100c). The serving BS informs the dual MS/AT to originate packets to 1x EV-DO(Evolution Data Only) HRPD(High Rate Packet Data) system(100d). The dual MS/AT originates the packets(100e).
