PURPOSE: An electromotive portable bar cutter is provided to simply and easily cut bars protruded from a building structure regardless of the direction of the bar. CONSTITUTION: In a bar cutter, a vise(6) is fit into a screw tube(15) installed at the bottom of a bed(1), and is adhered to the end of a screw rod(13) rotated by a handle(14). An auxiliary leg(7) is installed at the side of the bed. An anvil(8) is installed at the front of the vise. A stand inserting unit(21) is installed at the front of the anvil. An elastic push stick is located from the top of the bed to the front of a rail, and pushes cut bars. An auxiliary base is installed at the side center of the bed.
