PURPOSE: An electronic device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to control the density of current by adjusting the concentration of carbon nanotubes, while allowing for mass production. CONSTITUTION: An electronic device comprises a substrate(15) on which a metal(17) is arranged; a carbon nanotube(11) coupled to the metal; and a coupling material arranged between the carbon nanotube and the metal, and which chemically couples the carbon nanotube and the metal. The coupling material is a dithiol(13'), diamine and an amino-thiol. The carbon nanotube has a surface capped with an Ni(12). A method for manufacturing an electronic device comprises a step of forming a metal on a substrate; a step of dispersing a carbon nanotube to a solution; a step of adding a coupling material to the solution; and a step of dipping the substrate into the solution and coupling the carbon nanotube to the metal.
