An impeller device has an impeller housing in which an impeller is arranged for removal of heat. The impeller housing has an ear-shaped section on each side and the section extends vertically outwards on the lower face of the housing, where on the ear-shaped sections are holes for receiving fixture screws which are brought though the impeller housing. On each corner of the front face of the impeller housing are latching/locking devices and on the front face of the impeller housing is provided an opening for conveying the impeller power supply cables, such that sufficient spacing is provided for heat removal between the impeller in the housing and the side plates of the server.
