PURPOSE: Provided are a composition of a herbal sauce for the western cuisine, such as hamburg steak and pork cutlet and a method for manufacturing the same, thereby satisfying Asians' appetite and increasing a taste and flavor of the western cuisine. CONSTITUTION: A composition of a herbal sauce for the western cuisine, such as hamburg steak, pork cutlet and the like is characterized by preparing basic stock prepared by using pumpkin, ginseng, red jujube, cinnamon, balloonflower, Ligusticum chuanxiong, licorice root, Angelica gigas Nakai, radish, garlic, welsh onion, spring onion and Mori Folium; adding ginseng, red jujube, balloonflower, Ligusticum chuanxiong and leaves of Laurus nobilis; and mixing the mixture thereof with a general sauce composition. |
