PURPOSE: A monitor of physical constitution is provided to be capable of measuring the constitution of a human body by a mechanical apparatus based on reduction and extension of the body. CONSTITUTION: A band(3) is configured such that a body part of a wristwatch is put on the back of the hand, and a fluid passage(8) is configured such that a fluid(7) flows in the band. A sensor(9) senses a pressure which is forced to a fluid in the fluid passage. A printed circuit board(10) amplifies and adjusts a sensed value of the sensor with a numerical value. A liquid crystal display(2) displays a value of the printed circuit board(10) with a numerical value. A battery(11) supplies a power to the sensor, the printed circuit board and the liquid crystal display.
