PURPOSE: A sublimation transfer method for a cotton fabric is provided which offers a clear printing state, makes the ventilation of a printed part smooth and prevents the printed part from detaching from the cotton fabric even the cotton fabric is repetitively washed. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises: a first step of forming a sublimation transfer layer(2) by the sublimation transfer on a release paper(1); a second step of making a mixed layer by mixing a silicon liquid and aerosol(4) and coating the mixed layer on the sublimation transfer layer(2) so that the silicon liquid is absorbed to the release paper(1) and the aerosol(4) remains between the sublimation transfer layer(2) and the release paper(1); a third step of making an adhesive layer(6) by mixing a soft PVC, a solvent and a power adhesive and coating the adhesive layer(6) on the sublimation transfer layer(2); and a fourth step of dissolving the PVC and the power adhesive that are not completely hardened and penetrating the adhesive layer(6) into a cotton fabric(7) along with the sublimation transfer layer(2).
