PURPOSE: A hydraulic type high-pressure pump for braking a vehicle is provided to sufficiently intake a brake liquid inside a cylinder in a low negative pressure by improving a filling effect at an in taking process, and to be able to do a sufficient pumping operation corresponding to a high-speed rotation of a motor. CONSTITUTION: A motor of high pressure comprises: a motor; an eccentric cam(10) to convert a rotating movement of the motor to a rectilinear motion; a plunger(20) straight-line reciprocated by the eccentric cam(10); and an inhaling valve(40) and an exhaust valve(50) to open and close when the plunger(20) moves forward and backward. The motor is operated by a signal of ECU or pressing system of an ABS(anti-lock brake system) or a traction control system, and the eccentric cam(10) is rotated by the rotation of the motor. A brake liquid of low pressure side is exhausted to the side of high pressure by repeating the rectilinear reciprocal movement of the plunger(20) with the motor and the eccentric cam(10).
