DEVICE AND METHOD FOR COLLATION, PORTABLE TERMINAL, AND REGISTRATION SEAL WITH IC TAG

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately collate a stolen bicycle with less cost and number of workers.

SOLUTION: A registration seal 20 with IC tag integrating an IC tag for storing a unique registration numbers to each bicycles 22 and outputting the registration numbers by radio is stamped on bicycles 22. A stolen bicycle list showing the registration numbers of the stolen bicycle 22 is stored in a DB server 10. A portable radio terminal 16 acquires the registration numbers from the registration seal with IC tag stamped on the bicycle 22 in the state of non- contact, and transmit the number to the DB server 10 through a communication network 12. The DB server 10 performs a collation by the accumulated stolen bicycle list, and transmits the results to the portable radio terminal 16 on a receiving side through the communication network 12. The portable radio terminal 16 displays the results of the collation.
