PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protein decomposition and exclusion enzyme capable of selectively decomposing and excluding an unnecessary protein causing various human diseases and provide the application of the enzyme. SOLUTION: The invention relates to a protein decomposition and exclusion enzyme consisting of a complex of ubiquitin ligase and a molecule bonded with the target protein, a fused polynucleotide encoding the enzyme, a recombinant vector containing the fused polynucleotide and a therapeutic preparation enabling the transfer of the protein decomposition and exclusion enzyme or the recombinant vector into a cell.
