PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluororesin lining tank which can be simply and inexpensively manufactured. SOLUTION: In the lining tank constituted by covering a fluororesin lining material A molded into a cylindrical bag-like shape with an externally decorative metal can body B on a cylindrical body part b<SB>1</SB>of a divided can body, an insulating material C is provided between a part for connecting with a lower side lid part b<SB>3</SB>and the lining material A. The connecting part is integrated by welding and fixing with a welding part b<SB>4</SB>. As the insulating material C absorbs heat during welding and performs insulation, it is possible to suppress temperature elevation of the lining material and to prevent the lining material from being broken.
