PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored film showing outstanding workability and finishing characteristics. SOLUTION: This coated film is structured of at least two different kinds of resin film, the top layer film (I) being formed of a crosslinkable resin coating material (A) and the bottom layer film (II) being formed of a thermoplastic resin (B). In addition, the formed film (II) is itself substantially lacking in viscosity and shows a modulus in tensile elongation at break of 50 to 1,000%. Also the coated film laminating method is provided.
