PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform electrical insulation of a fixing plate and a control IC surely. SOLUTION: A piezoelectric oscillator 5 comprises a common electrode 32 being regulated to a bias voltage and a drive electrode 31 having a potential controllable in units of oscillator, laid in layer while sandwiching a piezoelectric 33, wherein the fixing end part is bonded onto a fixing plate 7 while projecting the free end part. On the surface of the fixed end part, a common external electrode 34 for conducting the common electrode to a wiring board is provided. On the surface of the fixing plate 7, a region 38 for bonding a control IC 9 is provided. A resin coating film 39 is formed as an electric insulation layer in the IC bonding region 38 and the polished face of the control IC is bonded to the IC bonding region 38 through the resin coating film 39.
