PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deburring tool and a burr removing method capable of chamfering or deburring the inner surface side when a small diameter hole is drilled in a hollow member by a drill or the like. SOLUTION: The deburring tool on the inner surface side of the hole formed in the hollow member has a spherical part 2 at the tip of a shaft 1 and one or two cutting edges 2a in the spherical part 2. In the removing method of burr produced on the inner surface of the hollow member by drilling, the deburring tool 3 having one or two cutting edges 2a in the spherical part 2 is rotated at a high speed by an air motor or the like, and is inserted into the hole 14 in the hollow member, and the spherical part 2 of the deburring tool is pressed onto a burr occurrence part on the inner surface side of a drill hole 12, thereby removing the burr 13.
