PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the electrolyzing performance for washing water or rinsing water by an electrode plate from decreasing, and prevent unevenness in the concentration of the washing water or the rinsing water which is an electrolytic water. SOLUTION: By the lateral reciprocating rotation of a washing-dehydrating tank, the washing water or the rinsing water which overflows to an annular water-draining pipe from the washing-dehydrating tank is guided to a side pipe. After straining the washing water or the rinsing water by a filter, the washing water or the rinsing water is electrolyzed by the electrode plate which is arranged on the downstream side of the filter. Then, this washing machine is constituted in such a manner that the electrolyzed water may be jetted out from a water-passing hole on the bottom lid of the washing-dehydrating tank, and circulated to the washing-dehydrating tank.
