PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sewing machine frame or the like which exhibits a high rigidity while its bed, column and arm are integrally molded of synthetic resin. SOLUTION: Three main parts of the sewing machine frame 1, i.e., the bed 8, the column 7 which is set up on the bed 8 and the arm 6 which is hung over the bed 8 from the column 7 are integrally molded of synthetic resin. In this case, outside wall reinforcing ribs 80 and 180 which are raised from outside panel walls 250 and 252 are arranged almost over the whole area of the outside panel walls 250 and 252 constituting the front or back face of the sewing machine.
