PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plaster for external use having increased generation efficiency of minus ions developing extremely excellent action on the activation of metabolism, activation and reduction of blood and cell, promotion of blood flow, amelioration of shoulder stiffening, lumbago and cold constitution, recovery from fatigue, strengthening of the stomach and intestines, treatment of internal organ diseases, athlete's foot and atopic diseases, skin bleaching effect, stabilization of autonomic nerve (relaxation effect), recovery of immunity, conditioning of the body in weakly alkaline state, etc., and effective for imparting the body with stable minus ion effect. SOLUTION: The plaster to be applied to the outer skin is produced by laminating a water-containing hydrophilic adhesive layer to a surface of a substrate film or sheet.
