PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic capable of effectively remedying unfavorable hair characters such as kinky hair, giving the hair no greasy feeling, affording the hair with smooth finish feeling, and good at hair style formation and hair grooming ability to retain the hair style. SOLUTION: This hair cosmetic, adjusted to 0.5-10 PaS in viscosity, comprises an acrylic acid polymer and/or an acrylic acid/alkyl methacrylate copolymer, a hair setting resin and water.
