PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body pad for posture correction in which a posture can be corrected, recovery from fatigue or promotion of health can be attained and a person under working while sitting for a long time can be released from dullness or pains on the buttocks only by mounting the body pad on the backrest of a chair and pressing the back. SOLUTION: The body pad is composed of a seat-like mounting member 2 to be mounted on the portion of a backrest (b) of a chair (a) and a body pad member 3 equipped with a health promotion function to be operated upon the pressed back or the like, and this body pad member 3 is freely attachably and detachably mounted on the mounting member 2 by a lock 10 and located on the front side of the backrest (b).
