PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion which is portable and compact, permits the regulation of hardness in use and does not slip during use. SOLUTION: An air bag furnished with a tube and a manual air pump is installed to a belt which is formed of a blank having shrinkability, is expanded in its central part and is fastened with hook-and-loop fasteners at both ends and the waist pillow is formed by fixing this air bag to the belt by means of a cover.
