PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a heat-insulating device for pets using a safe heat storage material, not causing trouble even if a pet eats the heat storage material, not requiring a troublesome operation raising the temperature not to break a hermetically sealed bag. SOLUTION: This heat-insulating device is obtained by utilizing an ore such as serpentine or granite and using mass, gravel or powder of the ore as the heat storage material and keeping the heat storage material in a prescribed shape.
