<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently reduce flexural rigidity of a core to make a weather strip easily bent while following a body opening part, to facilitate thereby outfitting work onto a body, and to prevent defective assembling. <P>SOLUTION: A lot of cut-out parts 15 are provided arrayedly to be faced each other in both sides of the core 8, each holding part 16 is formed between the adjacent cut-out parts 15 along a longitudinal direction of the core 8, each bonding part 17 extended diagonally is formed in a portion where tip parts of the adjacent cut-out parts 15 in the both sides are faced, and the holding parts 16 are connected each other via the bonding part 17. Since total length of the bonding parts 17 is long, a strain is dispersed when the weather strip is bent sideways, so as to reduce flexural rigidity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
