NEW METHOD FOR PRODUCING SACCHARIDE CONTAINING KOJI OLIGOSACCHARIDE AND NIGEROOLIGOSACCHARIDE AND FUNGAL CELL AND ENZYME USED THREFOR AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing saccharide containing koji oligosaccharide and nigerooligosaccharide in which new functionality is expected and which are α-glucooligosaccharides derived from starch and to provide an enzyme necessary for production of the oligosaccharide and a fungus derived from the genus Paecilomyces producing the enzyme and to provide a method for producing the enzyme and the fungus.

SOLUTION: This invention provides a method for efficiently producing saccharide containing koji oligosaccharide and nigerooligosaccharide by using at least one kind of substance selected from α-glucan, α-glucooligosaccharide and glucose as a raw material and provides the new α-glucosidase necessary for production of the saccharide and provides a method for producing the glucosidase and provides the fungus belonging to the genus Paecilomyces producing the α-glucosidase.
