PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oven for fish producing no smoke. SOLUTION: In the oven, an object F to be heated, such as a fish, is supported inside a vertically supported cylindrical body 2. A heating element 4 provides heat from the outer surface of the cylindrical body 2 and the object F to be heated is cooked using the energy of radiant heat generated from the inner surface of the cylindrical body 2.
