PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate no dispersion of a filling amount and to stabilize a flow of a liquid food at the time of filling. SOLUTION: The filling tank deaeration device has a closed filling tank 61; a negative pressure formation part for forming a negative pressure in the filling tank 61; a feed part for feeding the liquid food to the filling tank 61; a discharge part for discharging the liquid food from the filling tank 61; and a measuring device for suctioning the liquid food in the filling tank 61 through the discharge part each by a set amount and feeding it to a measuring feed pipe. Since the negative pressure is formed in the filling tank 61, air intruding into the filling tank 61 is removed by the negative pressure. Accordingly, when the liquid food is filled in a carton, a dispersion is not generated in the filling amount and a flow of the liquid food can be stabilized at the time of filling. Thereby, the liquid food can be prevented from overflowing from the carton, from deteriorating the quality of the liquid food. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
