PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To feed water to a washing machine even when trouble is generated on a water-feeding system. SOLUTION: A forcibly opening means 14 which forcibly opens a hot water- feeding valve 2 is provided on a remote controller 13. Thus, the hot water- feeding valve 2 is forcibly opened when a water-feeding valve 1 is closed by a failure.
