<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the elution of hexavalent chromium from improved grounds, concrete structures, or the like, to prevent the reduction of the performances of cement such as exhibitability in strength, and to suppress the increase of the cost for producing cement. <P>SOLUTION: The content of sulfide-sulfur in the cement clinker is controlled to 0.01 to 0.1%. Alternatively, the content of chromium in the cement clinker is controlled to≤200 mg/kg. The cement consists by using the above respective cement clinkers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
