PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacker device improving the stacking performance of sheet materials and minimizing damage of images on the stacked sheet materials. SOLUTION: The sheet materials discharged from a discharge port 27 are transferred toward a guide member 29 by a second suction transfer belt 28 as second suction transfer means. Even if the rear end of the sheet material is released from the driving of a discharge roller 26, it is transferred with its upper surface sucked by the second suction transfer belt 28. The sheet material is guided further towards a suction transfer belt 32 as (first) suction transfer means 10 by the guide member 29. The sheet material guided by the guide member 29 is transferred till the tip of the sheet abuts on a stopper 31 while being sucked by the suction transfer belt 32 by the operation of a suction device 39 provided in the suction transfer belt 32.
