PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distillation device capable of simultaneously carrying out a waste liquid treatment of a residual liquid while continuously distilling and regenerating a treating liquid such as a solvent or the like. SOLUTION: A concentration tank 30 for treating the waste liquid is provided separately from a distillation tank 10 for carrying out usual distillation/ regeneration of the solvent containing a contamination component and both are connected by a treating liquid transportation pipe 26 provided with a valve 5. According to this constitution, the waste liquid treatment (concentration, cooling, discharging) can be carried out while the distillation/regeneration is carried out at the distillation tank 10.
