PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of using tea bags: that, after brewing tea, there is the need to pick up a tea bag with chopsticks or the like for direct disposal or to discard it after cooling and directly squeezing water out of the bag by hand; and that a trash can may become sticky with water and watery garbage results if the bag is disposed of without being squeezed. SOLUTION: A scissors-shaped tool has a perforated spoon shape at one end and a pronged spoon shape at the other. The perforated spoon shape is used to lift a tea bag and squeeze water out of the bag, with the handles of the scissors gripped to press the spoons against each other. This enables the tea bag swollen with hot tea to be squeezed without the danger of burns, making the tea bag clean and safe to handle and usable without wasting tea, while reducing the moisture content of garbage. The gripping function of the tool allows the tool to be used as a server spoon in serving salad from a salad bowl as the tool is lightly gripped.
