PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cultivating the cut rose enabling particularly the cut rose to be active in winter. SOLUTION: This method comprises the following practice. Water pipes 6 are set at rose flower feet. Warm water is made to flow through the pipes 6 at the time when both atmospheric temperature and medium temperature are lower than a temperature suitable for rose cultivation. Then, the medium temperature near the rose feet rises in winter, enabling the medium temperature to be adjusted to the temperature suitable for the cultivation and the drop of the ambient air temperature to be suppressed. When cold water such as groundwater is made to flow through the pipes 6 at the time both the atmospheric temperature and the medium temperature are higher than the temperature suitable for rose cultivation. The medium temperature near the rose feet falls in summer, enabling the medium temperature to be adjusted to the temperature suitable for the cultivation and the rise of the ambient air temperature to be suppressed.
