<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal recording material which colors in pure black and moreover is excellent in light resistance. <P>SOLUTION: In the thermal recording material, a 2-(2',3'-dimethylanilino)-3- methyl-6-dialkylaminofluoran expressed by general formula (1) (R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>each denote a 1-6C alkyl group) is used as a coloring agent and a 4-hydroxydiphenyl sulfone compound expressed by general formula (2) (R<SP>3</SP>denotes a hydrogen atom or an iso-propyl group) is used as a color developing agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
