<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag shell controlling the diffusion of odors emanating from materials, while at the same time having reliable waterproof properties and required rigidity, being lightweight, and providing a soft texture in appearance even though using synthetic resin. <P>SOLUTION: A base sheet 1 made of natural fibers (a) and thermoplastic fibers is laminated on its inner surface with a deodorization sheet 2 of thermoplastic resin and on its outer surface with a waterproof sheet 3.
