摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance user's convenience by making it possible not only to temporarily stop polishing operation if necessary on the way of the polishing of rice but also to perform the flexible way to use matched with user's needs, in a rice polisher for rotating the rotary body of a rice-polishing part to remove rice bran. SOLUTION: The blade member (rotary body) arranged in the rice-polishing part housing rice is rotationally driven by a drive device 50 to remove rice bran and load including the drive device 50 is controlled according to a predetermined process by a control means 7 and polished rice is stored in a rice receiving part. The control means 7 stores the present control data when receives a temporary stop request from a temporary stop switch 76 requiring the temporary stop of operation to stop the operation of the load such as the drive device 50 or the like.
