PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic device surely protecting an electric circuit including electric contacts and a circuit board from an environment such as an autoclave and facilitating the assembling. SOLUTION: This plug 7a is provided with the printed circuit board 20 to which a signal wire 7b for transmitting an image pick-up signal, etc., outputted from an image pick-up element incorporated in an insertion part 2 of an electronic endoscope is electrically connected and mounting various types of electronic components 25, and a pair of insulating structures 71 and 72 formed with a recessed/projecting surface corresponding to the recess/projection on the mounting surface of the print circuit board 20, integrally clamping the printed circuit board 20 including a connecting part to a signal cable 7 between them, and having heat resistance.
