摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent electrically conductive glass substrate which is provided with high translucency and color phase controllability, and to provide a production method therefor. SOLUTION: A first film 3 containing, by weight,≥90% metallic oxides of at least one or more kinds selected from Zr, Ti, Al, and Si, and a second film 4 containing≥90% SiO<SB>2</SB>, and a third film 5 containing≥90% metallic oxides of at least one or more kinds selected from In, Sn, Zn, Sb, Al, and Y are at least stacked and formed on one side of a glass substrate 2 in succession.
